Where is your coffee from?

Do you pre-pack the coffee?

All coffee purchased on this site is made to order. We hand roast our coffee daily in small batches to ensure the correct taste profile is achieved. We pack & grind the coffee to suit your preferred brewing method. Wholesale orders are roasted upon order and sent out for delivery upon completion.

When are the orders processed?

Orders are processed and are collected by our Courier monday to friday at 3pm. Orders placed before 1pm will be given to the couriers same day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be collected the following day. Orders made on weekends & bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

When & Where do you roast your coffee?

All our coffee is freshly roasted in the UK. Our roaster is based in Hanger Lane, London where we roast our coffee daily Monday to Saturday.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internalltiolly, Details of costs will be calculated at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept a wide variety of paytment methods, detaisl of which can be found in our footer.

What brewing methods do you cater for?

Our coffee is currently available in the following grinds. Whole Bean, Espresso, Filter, Moka Pot, Cafetiere & Re-usable pods. How long after placing an order can I expect the delivery?

We use Royal Mail for our shipping orders and utilise both 24 & 48 tracked services. This means that orders are delivered within 24-48 hours of collection. This does not include our processing time.

What certifications does your coffee hold?
