Our Vietnamese coffee Is part of our Salazar Range and is called Paola. This coffee is roasted to a Dark roast profile and was chosen due to its complex flavours and high quality finish. This coffee is a high quality Single Origin grade 1 Robusta which provides an amazing taste and high caffeine content, traditionally drunk with condensed milk, this coffee is a favorite among avid coffee drinkers as it consistently produces a rich crema and deep flavour profile.

Vietnamese Coffee is traditionally prepared using a Phin filter (Vietnamese coffee filter) The filtered coffee is then typically served with condensed milk which compliments the flavour profile.
We recommended drinking this coffee using either with condensed milk. This coffee is popular with our wholesale customers due to its versatility within espressos and a flavour profile that works well dairy products and milk substitutes.
