Colombian Coffee - Don Jose – Special Roast
Our Don Jose Special Roast is our signature roast used exclusively by us at Colco Coffee. We have developed a blend of two roasts using the same Supremo bean to really bring you something special. Don Jose Special Roast incorporates both the Dark Roast and Smooth Roast into one product to give the best of both worlds.  Can be used for any occasion however works great in bean to cup machines producing a well balanced flavour profile.

What are the traditional brew methods?
Colombian Coffee is traditionally prepared using a colador (cloth filter) or by boiling the coffee grounds with Panela (Raw Sugar Cane) over heat, Tinto is the name given to a small black coffee.
Due to the complexity of our Colombian Supremo Arabica, many customers prefer to keep things simple brewing their coffee and drinking it black or with a splash of milk/milk substitutes.
