Brazilian Coffee is traditionally prepared using a colador (cloth filter) The colador is widely used in South America. The filter coffee is then served black with sugar or without and is often referred to as Cafezinho.
Due to the chocolatey and nutty undertones, this coffee is a good choice for espressos when making Cappuccinos or Lattes.
