What are the traditional brew methods of Ethiopian Coffee?
Ethiopian Coffee is traditionally prepared using the following techniques:
Boiled coffee (Bunna): This method involves boiling ground coffee with water and serving it strong and black.

Traditional Jebena: This method involves boiling ground coffee with water in a clay pot called a jebena and serving it with sugar and/or salt.

Cold Brew (Mazzer): This method involves steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for an extended period of time, resulting in a smooth, less acidic brew.
