Returns policy
Colco Coffee offers a 14-day return policy for all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping for returned items. If the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the cost of return shipping. We are committed to customer satisfaction and we will do our best to ensure that all returns are handled quickly and efficiently.

We suggest using a trackable shipping service with insurance as we can not otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Email proof of return with product image to coffee@colcocoffee.com with the order number as the subject. If the products are returned to us in an unsaleable condition, we may be unable to process the refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
Cancellation policy
You have until your order has been processed should you wish to change your order or cancel it. please email us on coffee@colcocoffee.com as soon as you are able or use the contact us page.
